Responsibilities
We’re looking for a skilled and motivated Audio Specialist to join our team and take charge of our Hungarian online store – Audigo. You will be responsible for the smooth day-to-day operation of the e-shop, including:
- Processing customer orders
- Providing professional customer support via email and phone
- Managing relationships with wholesale clients in Hungary
- Representing the Audigo brand and ensuring a great customer experience
Requirements
- A strong interest in audio gear, especially headphones
- Experience with e-commerce platforms and customer service
- Excellent communication skills in Hungarian and English
- Responsible, detail-oriented, and proactive attitude
- Knowledge of the audio market in Hungary is a plus
