Responsibilities
- Preparing and reviewing export documents (e.g., contracts, invoices, bills of lading, health certificates, customs and chamber of commerce documentation)
- Organizing and coordinating international shipments in cooperation with freight forwarders, shipping lines, inspection agencies, and customers
- Monitoring delivery schedules and shipment status
- Close collaboration with internal departments such as sales and purchasing
- Handling export-related payments and banking documents (e.g., LCs, CAD, DP)
Requirements
- Completed commercial training, ideally with a focus on foreign trade, forwarding, or a similar field
- Solid knowledge of export documentation and international customs and trade regulations
- Proficient in MS Office
- Very good command of English and German, both written and spoken
- Structured, reliable, and detail-oriented way of working
Nice-to-have
- Professional experience in export or international logistics is an advantage
- ERP system experience is a plus
