Responsibilities
- Bookkeeping of incoming and outgoing invoices in the accounting system (NetAccounting) in accordance with current tax and accounting rules
- Support monthly financial closing and preparation of financial documents on schedule (financial statement, cashflow statement, VAT report and so on) and in-time & accurate reconciliation
- Bank and treasury accounting, recording and reconciliation of accounts receivable
- Inventory and management of assets
- Other accounting and taxation tasks, and support for the audit procedure
- Check the invoice processing status and support to handle problematic invoices
- Prepare an outstanding report and support the settlement management
- Withdrawal management. Daily fund and transfer request form preparation
- Resolving overall financial related issues and supporting finance operation under the direction of finance manager
- Support on internal and external audit activities.
- Liaise with auditors and HQ
- Other ad-hoc tasks as required
Requirements
- Relevant BA degree in Accounting or related field
- Holder of bookkeeping certificate
- 3+ years’ experience in financial and accounting (including tax)
- Up-to-date accounting and tax knowledge (HU GAAP)
- Good knowledge of English
