Responsibilities
- Month-End Closing and Reporting. Preparation of all bookings for month-end closing in SAP related to warranty, extended warranty, goodwill, and retrofit programs
- Allocation to provisions for invoiced units and new retrofit programs
- Intercompany settlements between ESOs and AIG as well as between other regions (NA, APA) and AIG. Reclassification of period expenses against provisions, work order billing, and cost center clearing
- Update of the provision schedule, including all movements. Final account reconciliation in SAP
- Quarterly Reporting & Balance Sheet Account Reconciliations.
Requirements
- Completed degree in Business Administration with a focus on Finance/Controlling, 3 years of experience.
- Very good English skills (spoken and written).
- Good knowledge of SAP, especially SAP CO module and SAP BI.
- Excellent PC skills, particularly MS Excel.
- Personal Skills like Team player, Initiative and self-motivation, independent working style, Analytical thinking skills, Reliability, Attention to detail, Quick comprehension, Resilience, Flexibility.
