Responsibilities
Cookie Beacon – an exciting international hospitality scale-up – is searching to hire an in-house financial comptroller to assist leadership with a more profound understanding of historical capex vs opex expenditures, improve ongoing tactical and strategic use of cashflow, and assist with strategic planning and strategy for ongoing international growth keeping in mind future cashflow management and investment.
Requirements
At least 4 years of experience (or equivalent) in a financial comptroller position or similar
Ability to dive deep into accounting line items and be strict.
At the same time, however, we are looking for someone who has the ability to do big-picture thinking and can be creative and flexible when needed to find optimal solutions in line with an international company with ambitious and fast growth plans.
Candidate must be fluent in English and Hungarian.
Positive referrals from previous employers are a must
Nice-to-have
- Additional fluency in regional languages (CEE) are a plus.
- CFA or CPA titles a strong plus.
- Located in Budapest (or able to travel to Budapest)
