Responsibilities
- ERP development for train companies with different modules (purchasing, sales, materials, etc.);
- Hardware link to read and input locomotive and wagon data;
- Development of general (including mobile) components and web applications;
- Configuration of customer-specific requirements;
- Testing of the application(s);
- Commissioning of customer projects;
- Participation in digitization projects.
What will impress us
- Completed or ongoing education (secondary school/college/university) with a focus on IT;
- 3+ years relevant experience in the field of IT development;
- Fluency in english;
- Experience with Java 8+, Spring (Boot), JavaScript/TypeScript;
- Web programming skills with HTML/CSS, JSON, REST;
- Database programming experience with MySQL or MariaDB using SQL or JPA/Hibernate;
- Experience with client/server programming;
- Knowledge of common design patterns;
- Strong analytical thinking and a solution-oriented approach;
- Willingness to learn.
Advantages
- Web client programming experience with Kendo UI and Angular;
- Experience in unit testing, deployment (Apache Tomcat), version control (Git) and dependency management (Maven);
- German language skills.
