- Strong experience with cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, or GCP) and infrastructure-as-code
- Hands-on experience with containerization and orchestration (Docker, Kubernetes)
- Understanding of MLOps/AIOps practices – CI/CD for AI, model deployment, experiment tracking
- Experience with GenAI technologies – LLMs, RAG, vector databases, agentic workflows
- Knowledge of OpenAI APIs and standards, MCP, and AI tooling ecosystems
- Strong software architecture background – designing and evolving complex distributed systems
- Experience with architectural patterns such as microservices and API-first design
- Ability to reason about system-level trade-offs in non-deterministic, AI-driven applications
- Experience with open-source models and platforms (Hugging Face, Ollama, vLLM)
- Familiarity with AI evaluation methods and quality assurance for non-deterministic systems
- Experience with monitoring and observability tools
- Strong programming skills (Python, TypeScript)
- Excellent communication skills – ability to document best practices
- Fluent English (Hungarian is a plus)

Your Role as a GenAI Architect
As our GenAI Architect, you’ll own the technical architecture and operational excellence of our AI systems. You’ll design infrastructure, establish AI development lifecycle practices, and ensure our GenAI products are reliable, observable, and continuously improving. You’ll work closely with developers, solution architects, and clients to bridge the gap between prototype and production.
Nice to Have
- Experience with LangChain, LlamaIndex, or similar frameworks
- Fine-tuning experience (LoRA, QLoRA, PEFT)
- NLP background (embeddings, tokenization, semantic search)
- Background in fintech or regulated industries
- Familiarity with security and compliance requirements for AI systems
- Contributions to open-source AI/ML tools
