Job Overview:
We are currently recruiting on behalf of a leading digital marketing company in Budapest. Our client is seeking a motivated and customer-focused Advisor (German & English) to join their dynamic team. Key Responsibilities:
- Respond to customer inquiries efficiently, providing excellent service and support.
- Build and maintain an in-depth knowledge of the company’s products and services.
- Identify when issues should be escalated to senior staff or other departments.
- Log all customer interactions accurately in line with company processes.
- Assist with various administrative tasks as required.
Benefits:
- Gross Monthly Salary: 550,000 HUF
- Language Bonus: 30,000 HUF
- Meal Allowance (after probation): 30,000 HUF
- Gross Bonus (after probation): 70,000 HUF
- Annual Leave: 20 to 30 business days per year, according to Hungarian law
- Additional Perks:
- Paid flight ticket to Budapest and one week’s accommodation (subject to residence location).
- Paid training period included in the contract.
Who We’re Looking For:
- Fluency in both German and English (written and spoken).
- Excellent communication skills and a customer-first mentality.
- Ability to problem-solve and handle inquiries effectively.
- Self-motivated, team-oriented, and able to work independently.
- Previous experience in customer service, digital marketing, or similar roles is advantageous but not required.
