Responsibilities
- Manage and monitor deadlines to ensure timely task completion
- Coordinate communication processes, including email distribution and follow-ups
- Organise and oversee approval workflows and documentation
- Initiate the preparation of Site Agreements
- Facilitate the collection of required signatures for contractual documents
- Digitally archive and maintain accurate records of all documentation
- Trigger and support the invoicing process for finalised contracts
Requirements
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in an administrative role
- Fluent German language skills are required for effective communication within our German team
- Fluent communication skills in English
- Bachelor’s degree in Economics or Law
- Proficiency in MS Office programs
- Strong problem-solving and time management skills
Nice-to-have
- Experience from multinational company
