Main Responsibilities:
Strategic Sourcing & Category Management
- Develop and execute global sourcing strategies for spare parts, aligning with corporate objectives.
- Collaborate with business units to consolidate needs and optimize procurement solutions.
Supplier Relationship & Performance Management
- Foster strong supplier partnerships and ensure alignment with key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Conduct supplier business reviews, ensuring compliance with service levels and contractual obligations.
Contract Negotiations & Procurement Execution
- Manage global RFIs, RFPs, and contract negotiations to secure competitive agreements.
- Ensure cost-effective procurement with favorable terms on pricing, service, and quality.
Digital Solutions & Vendor Managed Inventory (VMI) Programs
- Implement digital procurement solutions like PunchOut catalogues for streamlined processes.
- Develop VMI programs to optimize inventory management and control expenditure.
Continuous Improvement & Benchmarking
- Act as a change agent, integrating best practices and innovative procurement methods.
- Benchmark procurement strategies against industry standards to enhance efficiency.
Risk & Compliance Management
- Oversee risk assessment and mitigation within the supply chain.
- Ensure adherence to Health, Safety, and Environmental (HSE) standards, corporate governance, and regulatory compliance.
Reporting & Performance Tracking
- Monitor and report on sourcing activities, savings achievements, and potential risks.
- Provide stakeholders with regular updates on procurement performance and market trends.
Management Responsibilities
- Lead and mentor a team of 2-4 procurement professionals, fostering a high-performance culture.
- Drive team development through training, coaching, and performance feedback.
Te vagy a mi emberünk, ha:
Experience & Expertise
- 5+ years of experience in procurement, specializing in spare parts, retail, or fast-moving goods.
- Strong background in category management, supplier negotiations, and contract management.
- Experience with SAP MM module and CMMS tools.
- Knowledge of Pharma GMP work environment and crisis management training.
Education & Languages
- Fluent, negotiation level in English (additional languages are a plus).
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, or a related field.
Skills & Competencies
- Strategic thinker with a problem-solving approach and the ability to drive results.
- Strong analytical skills, particularly in handling large data sets.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to quickly adapt to new environments and processes.
- Strong team player with interpersonal sensitivity and leadership qualities.
- Upholds compliance and ethical standards at all times.
