A mi követelményeink
- 4+ years of experience with Go (7+ years of experience in software development);
- Good commercial experience building high-traffic web services in Go;
- Good understanding of good experience writing unit tests;
- Knowledge and understanding of distributed, highly available, and scalable cloud-based systems;
- Knowledge and understanding of microservice architecture and patterns;
- Experience with NoSQL databases – MongoDB preferred;
- Experience working with GCP, Firebase and Docker;
- Level of English: Upper-Intermediate +.

Napi feladatok
- Take ownership of a large-scale monolithic CRM application with a Golang backend and React frontend.
- Lead the MongoDB version upgrade and oversee database performance improvements.
- Develop and execute a technical debt reduction strategy to improve system maintainability and scalability.
- Provide technical leadership for a backend team, guiding and mentoring two other engineers.
- Collaborate closely with the Team Lead and Product Owner to define priorities and development strategies.
