Responsibilities
- Management and coordination of strategic and operational processes in logistics for our company site.
- Management of daily logistics operations (holding jour fixe meetings, employee appraisals, maintaining the group climate, further development of employees, etc).
- Management consulting and exchange of experience in areas of the entire value chain.
- Ongoing development of optimization potential and continuous further development of our logistics.
- Interface function to other departments and contact person for internal and external audits.
- Participation in cross-departmental projects along the supply chain.
Requirements
Completed vocational training as a logistics and merchandise management specialist or comparable qualification
- Several years of relevant professional experience in a managerial or deputy function in the field of logistics or supply chain.
- Hungarian Language skills at native speaker level, Englsih (negotiable level), German Skills are an advantage.
- Confident handling of IT applications (MS Word, Excel, etc.) and ERP system knowledge.
- Strong assertiveness and organizational skills with team spirit and enthusiasm.
- Reliable and precise way of working with a high customer and service orientation.
- Experience with projects in the field of logistics process optimization.
