Responsibilities
- Foster consultative relationships with hiring managers to understand and help define hiring needs, provide guidance through the recruitment process and influence hiring managers’ and line leaders’ strategic talent decisions.
- Supporting recruitment activities, organizing interviews, and maintaining communication with candidates
- Managing and monitoring the processes of hiring, onboarding, and offboarding
- Handling HR administration (preparing, modifying, arranging signatures for contracts, and managing them confidentially)
- Providing and verifying data for payroll processing
- Assisting employees with HR-related questions and requests
- Developing and improving existing HR processes
- Maintaining communication with the HR department of the U.S. parent company
- Liaising with partners and universities
- Preparing HR reports and performing general office administration
- Participating in the organization of team-building activities and other events
- Provide day-to-day talent management guidance and support to line management in areas such as: coaching, counseling, conflict resolution, career development, conducts effective, thorough and objective investigations disciplinary actions
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in human resources or a related business discipline with concentration in Human Resources.
- Minimum five years’ experience in the Human Resources field including 3 years minimum in Talent Acquisition and 2 years minimum as HRBP.
- Strong knowledge of Hungarian labor law and HR best practices.
- Proficient English language skills (able to communicate and negotiate effectively)
- Proficient in HRIS, MS Office, Social Media Recruitment (i.e. LinkedIn), resume screening and interviewing.
- Experience in HR administration
- Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills
- Attention to detail / precision
Nice-to-have
- Experience with ADP and Celergo
- Previous experience with engineering, technical related team support.
- Driver’s license
