Responsibilities
- Performance of labour tasks
- Coordinating the integration of a new workforce in cooperation with partner departments
- Compilation of payroll related data (multishift, working time banking)
- Working time management
- Active participation in the recruitment process
- Follow and enforce laws, internal instructions and policies
- Active participation in the development and optimization of the organization’s HR processes, making proposals.
Requirements
- Degree in HR
- 3-5 years of professional experience
- Extensive knowledge of labour law, knowledge of payroll legislation
- User-level computer skills (Excel, Word, Outlook)
- Autonomous, accurate work
- Open, friendly personality, good communication skills
- Fluency in English
- Work experience in a manufacturing company with knowledge of multishift schedule is a plus
