Feladatok
- Learning more about processing HR service requests, for example; worktime, employment certificates, workforce administration, employment contracts and contract modifications, onboarding new joiners into our systems and offboarding leavers, learning administration
- Supporting the team to ensure that the correct data is entered into our systems in full and on time and in line with our internal policies and local/global regulations
- Connecting’ data from various HR systems, possibilities to analyse data for improvement initiatives
- Supporting our knowledge management expert in keeping knowledge in our HR tools up to date
- Collaborating with other teams within and outside HR
- Receive coaching & guiding from experienced HR colleagues and leaders
Elvárások
- Currently following a study in Human Resource Management, Psychology, Business Administration or Training & Development or previous working experience
- Excellent communication (spoken and written) in English AND Dutch
- You have strong knowledge of Excel and other MS Office tools
- You are eager to learn and bring a high dose of service orientation
- You have great attention to details, the ability to work precisely and independently
- You have problem solving and prioritization skills, a real can do attitude
- You are a real team player eager to be a part of something new
