Your Role as a Tech Lead
As our Tech Lead, you’ll manage a team of 5–7 medior to senior full-stack developers within our forward-thinking Innovation Team. You’ll also collaborate with AI specialists, business analysts, and innovation managers (though they won’t be your direct reports). You’ll be both a technical visionary and guiding leader, bridging human potential with technological excellence.

- Develop Reusable AI Components -Architect and implement AI-focused modules for rapid deployment across multiple products.
- Create & Maintain a Scalable Framework – Design and continually improve a robust framework that accelerates product development timelines.
- Lead the Development Team – Mentor, motivate, and inspire your cross-functional group to deliver high-quality code and solutions. Facilitate communication between your developers, stakeholders, and clients.
- Ship Enterprise-Grade Software – Deliver robust, secure applications for banks and financial institutions, meeting the highest industry standards.
- Conduct & Organize Research – Identify emerging trends and technologies, guiding your team to explore cutting-edge solutions.
- Present Ideas & Solutions – Communicate complex technical concepts in clear, compelling ways to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Collaborate with Client Tech Teams – Work closely with client-side developers and architects to ensure seamless integration and deployment.
- Document New Features – Maintain comprehensive technical documentation, including design specifications and user guides.
- Design Robust, Reliable Architectures – Ensure our solutions are scalable, secure, and aligned with best-in-class development principles.
- Develop New Modules & Software -Innovate across technologies like Azure, TypeScript, OpenAI, Node.js, Next.js, NestJS, Tailwind and Postgres.
