What We Expect from You:
- At least 5 years of relevant experience as an IT Business Analyst.
- Strong background in designing new systems and developing business processes.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to effectively connect business and IT teams.
- Familiarity with business process modeling tools (e.g., BPMN, flowcharts, use cases).
- Experience with Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban).
- Proficiency in project management tools (Jira, Trello, Asana).
- Basic knowledge of IT infrastructure (servers, networks, storage systems).
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in IT or Business-related fields (BSc/MSc).

Napi feladatok
- Your Responsibilities:
- Business & System Requirement Analysis: Collaborate with stakeholders to gather, analyze, and translate business needs into technical specifications.
- New System Design: Contribute to the development of new IT systems and digital products, with a particular focus on UX solutions.
- Process Optimization: Analyze and improve existing workflows using technology-driven solutions.
- Solution Design: Work closely with the development team to ensure business requirements are effectively implemented.
- Stakeholder Management: Act as a bridge between business and technology teams, ensuring seamless communication and alignment on project goals.
- Testing & Quality Assurance: Support system and user acceptance testing to ensure the final solutions meet expectations.
- Documentation & Reporting: Maintain comprehensive documentation, including business requirements, process maps, and user manuals.
