A mi követelményeink
- 3+ years of experience in IT Business Analyst/IT System Analyst roles
- deep understanding of ERP concepts, principles, and functionality
- knowledge of specific ERP software packages available in the market is huge advantage
- degree in Business Informatics, Computer Science, Business Administration, or related area
- excellent command of English, both in speaking and writing
- diligent, agile and responsible attitude
- strong results-orientation combined with excellent problem-solving skills
- outstanding communication and negotiation skills
Napi feladatok
- play a crucial role in the successful implementation and maintenance & improvement of ERP software
- understand the business needs, analyse existing business processes, and work with on-site consultants to define requirements for the ERP system
- act as a bridge between business people and the technical team responsible for implementing the ERP solution
- help tailor the ERP system to meet organization- specific requirements and industry-specific needs
- work closely with software developers to help them understand business needs
- evaluate solution concepts, create systems design, identify problems, analyze operational procedures, prepare work flowcharts, make database configurations, and coordinate change management
- do testing on bugfixes and enhancement developments
- occasionally lead calls/meetings with clients
