Responsibilities
This is a unique dual-role position supporting both Instacash and MilPay in delivering best-in-class Buy Now, Pay Later (BNPL) solutions.
- Instacash is a white-label BNPL solution provider, building and maintaining a BNPL technology platform.
- MilPay is a financial institution leveraging BNPL services, providing financial products to end users.
As the Delivery Manager, you will operate at the intersection of business and IT, ensuring smooth alignment between the teams Your work will focus on analyzing requirements, testing solutions, and coordinating IT deliverables to ensure the platform meets business and regulatory needs.
This is a full-time hybrid role for a Delivery manager at instacash and milpay. The Delivery Manager will be responsible for tasks such as analyzing business requirements, managing the product backlog and several smaller projects, testing new features, and communicating with stakeholders. While the role is primarily located in Budapest, there is some flexibility for remote work.
Requirements
- Analytical Skills and Business Planning
- Experience in large-scale and complex application testing
- Effective Communication with partners (such as banks and merchants)
- Strong problem-solving abilities
- Experience in financial services, banks or fintech industry in an advantage
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, IT or related field
- Experience with managing enterprise IT software is preferred
- Background in e-commerce services is an advantage
- Fluency in Hungarian and English is required
