Responsibilities
- Oversee the IT help desk function, ensuring timely and effective resolution of user issues and requests.
- Oversee daily IT operations, including network administration, hardware/software support, and system maintenance.
- Manage IT service providers, vendors, and contracts to ensure service quality and cost-effectiveness.
- Collaborate with IT and business teams to help implement IT projects such as system upgrades, migrations, and implementations.
- Ensure cybersecurity best practices are followed and systems are secure and compliant.
- Provide technical support and training to staff, ensuring high levels of user satisfaction.
- Manage the onboarding and offboarding processes from a technical perspective, ensuring seamless transitions.
- Develop and maintain IT policies, procedures, and documentation.
- Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues proactively.
- Collaborate with lSVP of IT to align IT strategy with organizational goals.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- 8+ years of experience in IT.
- Native Hungarian AND advanced English (written and spoken),
- Strong knowledge of IT infrastructure, help desk, networking, cloud services, and cybersecurity.
- Experience managing vendors, budgets, and IT projects.
- Excellent problem-solving, communication, and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
- Experience with Microsoft 365, Azure, or other cloud platforms.
- Familiarity with ITIL or other service management frameworks.
- Experience supporting hybrid or remote work environments.
- Experience working on a global team.

This role is responsible for managing help desk services, maintaining secure and efficient systems, managing vendors, and implementing IT solutions that align with business goals. The ideal candidate is both technically skilled and service-oriented, with a strong ability to lead projects and support a dynamic workforce. This role will work closely with the global IT team that is based out of the US Denver office.
