• 5+ years of relevant experience as a project manager with a track record of delivering business critical projects successfully
• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, information systems or a related study (or equivalent project-related experience)
• Knowledge of agile methodologies (Agile: Scrum, Kanban)
• Knowledge of HPSM/SNOW and Jira tools
• PMP certification and Proficiency in ITIL will be an asset
• Strong analytical skills and experience in decision-making based on technical reports
• Positive attitude and high energy with exceptional cross-group collaboration working with partner teams and good stakeholder management and communication skills
• Experience working in highly regulated industry, preferably Pharmaceutical or manufacturing industry
• Experience in Computer Systems Validation (CSV), GxP compliance, Control Systems and Automation – nice to have
• Nice to have: Knowledge of the Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe)
• Availability to work occasionally after 5 p.m. to respond to escalations in the event of major incidents
• Experience in IAM (Identity & Access Mgmt) would be a plus
• English C1/ C2 level

For a global pharmaceutical company we’re looking for an experienced IT Project Manager. As the PM you will take the helm in driving innovative IT projects to enhance operational efficiency and support our client’s mission of delivering high-quality pharmaceutical and diagnostics products. In this role, you will lead cross-functional teams in the successful execution of IT projects, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and regulatory requirements. Also you will be responsible for managing assigned resources, creating and tracking detailed project plans, effectively leading and facilitating project meetings, effectively tracking budgets and financial forecasts, as well as proactively controlling project scope, risks and issues.

1. Creating a comprehensive project plan, including defining project goals, objectives, scope, deliverables, and timelines. Identifying tasks, allocate resources, and create a schedule to ensure the project progresses smoothly.
2. Overseeing the project team, assigning roles and responsibilities, and ensuring effective collaboration
3. Facilitating communication, encouraging teamwork, and providing guidance to team members to ensure they understand their tasks and deadlines.
4. Identifying project stakeholders, establishing effective communication channels, and managing their expectations.
5. Proactively identifying potential risks and developing strategies to mitigate or minimize their impact on the project
6. Working with relevant stakeholders to define and manage the project budget
7. Monitor project costs, track expenses, and ensure that the project is delivered within the allocated budget
8. Developing and implementing quality control processes, conducting quality reviews, and addressing any deficiencies to maintain high-quality outcomes
9. Monitoring project progress, track milestones, and report on the status to stakeholders
10. Providing regular updates on project performance, identify any deviations from the plan, and take corrective actions as needed
11. Assessing change requests, evaluating their impact on the project, and implementing approved changes while minimizing disruption
12. Maintaining project documentation, including project plans, reports
