1. Use your Italian language knowledge to talk to customers via email, chat and telephone while providing comprehensive guidance and information on IT-related issues
2. Ensuring that all customer contact with the Service Desk is precisely recorded throughout the lifecycle of tickets
3. Ensuring that tickets are managed and prioritized in an orderly manner
4. Having a proactive approach to service improvement
5. Provide quality information
6. Delegation of problems that cannot be resolved on the first level to the more competent Level 2 teams
