• Master’s degree in Economics, Mathematics, Computer science, or similar.
• English proficiency at level B2.
• Experience with at least one BI tool (Power BI, Tableau, etc.).
• Experience with DBMS (PostgreSQL or others).
• Experience with SQL;
• Familiarity with data warehouse and ETL.
• Advanced level of MS Excel;
• A clear understanding of the principles and specifics of software development methodologies (SDLC).
• Ability to elicitate and document user requirements (basic understanding of artefacts such as user stories, use case scenarios, and SRS).
• Communication and negotiation skills to establish and maintain good working relationships with external organizations and internal customers.
• Good time-management skills, ability to learn quickly and handle multi-tasking activities.
• Knowledge of requirements management tools: Jira and Confluence.Knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodology.
  Nice To Have:
• Experience with Python 3 (Pandas, Numpy, etc.).
• Git/VCS experience;
• Understanding of data mining/analysis methods, working knowledge of statistical methods (Correlation, Regression, Cluster analysis, K-means, decision trees, etc.).
• A/B testing techniques.
