- Master’s degree in Economics, Mathematics, Computer science, or similar.
- English proficiency at level B2.
- Experience with at least one BI tool (Power BI, Tableau, etc.).
- Experience with DBMS (PostgreSQL or others).
- Experience with SQL;
- Familiarity with data warehouse and ETL.
- Advanced level of MS Excel;
- A clear understanding of the principles and specifics of software development methodologies (SDLC).
- Ability to elicitate and document user requirements (basic understanding of artefacts such as user stories, use case scenarios, and SRS).
- Communication and negotiation skills to establish and maintain good working relationships with external organizations and internal customers.
- Good time-management skills, ability to learn quickly and handle multi-tasking activities.
- Knowledge of requirements management tools: Jira and Confluence.Knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodology.
Nice To Have: - Experience with Python 3 (Pandas, Numpy, etc.).
- Git/VCS experience;
- Understanding of data mining/analysis methods, working knowledge of statistical methods (Correlation, Regression, Cluster analysis, K-means, decision trees, etc.).
- A/B testing techniques.
