Duna Electronics, s.r.o. is one of a leading wholesaler/distribitor of consumer electronics and it products , serving a broad range of international customers with cutting-edge technology and exceptional customer service.
We are currently seeking a highly motivated and dynamic Key Account Manager to join our growing team in Komárno, Slovakia.
This is an exciting opportunity for a goal-oriented professional to develop their career in a fast-paced and rewarding international, multicultural environment.
Key Responsibilities:
What we need is an agile key account manager who is willing to build strong customer base and is therefore committed to building, and tireless.
During the construction process, he himself typically has to acquire clients and close deals.
- Actively identify and prospect new business opportunities in assigned regions.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers to drive repeat sales and customer loyalty.
- Present and sell Duna Electronics products and services to potential clients, with a focus on providing tailored solutions to meet their needs.
- Maintain detailed records of sales activities and customer interactions in SAP and CRM systems.
- Provide after-sales support to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
- Strong Collaborate with marketing, product management, procurement, and other departments to drive business growth.
Requirements
Requirements:
- Proven experience in sales or business development, preferably in electronics or technology-related fields.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Fluent in English and Hungarian (Slovakian and additional languages are a plus).
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
The most important skills we expect from the candidate:
English language skills of at least C1 level
Come from a B2B sales background
Nice-to-have
- 3 years of international business experience in a multinational company is an advantage.
- University degree in the field of international relations is an advantage.
- It is a very strong advantage if your B2B sales experience is international.
- Speaks at least one European foreign language other than English at C1 level.
- If you have experience in selling consumer electronics, it products.
- If you have experience in using digital sales platforms.
- Experience with LinkedIn, SAP, CRM systems.
