Responsibilities
We are a long-established subsidiary in Hungary, with our headquarters in Germany, operating successfully in the coatings industry for many years.
To strengthen our team in Székesfehérvár, we are looking for a Laboratory Coordinator to support laboratory operations, documentation and project coordination in a structured and professional working environment.
This is a full-time, office-based position in a manufacturing company within the coating / chemical industry.

Your Key responsibilities are:
- Coordinate laboratory projects and daily laboratory activities
- Schedule and monitor laboratory tasks and deadlines
- Prepare, manage and maintain laboratory documentation
- Handle technical documentation and certificates
- Prepare regular reports and summaries related to laboratory activities
- Collaborate with colleagues from the parent company on technical and professional matters
- Work closely with internal departments and support cross-functional cooperation
- Perform general administrative duties to support laboratory and office operations
- Carry out any other tasks assigned by the direct supervisor
Requirements
- Minimum secondary education
- Professional experience in the paint/chemical industry
- English language skills (B2 level minimum)
- Strong computer skills (especially Excel, Word, One Note, Power Point, Outlook)
- Excellent organisational skills and strong communication skills in English, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities
Nice-to-have
- Experience in paint formulation/product development
- Experience in SAP
- Communication skills in German
