What You Need to Succeed

• 8–10 years of professional experience
• Deep proficiency in Golang
• Experience implementing and maintaining IAM platforms
• Strong understanding of modern authentication/authorization: OAuth2.0, JWT, OIDC, SAML
• Backend development experience with Golang and Java (Spring Boot)
• Hands‑on experience with IAM providers (e.g., BankID, Microsoft Entra External ID)
• Strong debugging capabilities (DevTools, network inspection, Postman)
• Knowledge of React and secure front‑end state/token management
• Experience with PostgreSQL/Oracle or directory services (LDAP/SCIM)
• Docker/Kubernetes familiarity
• Nice to have: Telecom domain knowledge

2. Building RESTful APIs and contributing to an event‑driven architecture
3. Making architectural decisions that impact long‑term scalability and maintainability
4. Identifying technical debt and driving refactoring initiatives
5. Acting as a go‑to expert for complex IAM platform issues
6. Supporting developers, QA, and technical support teams
7. Mentoring junior engineers through code reviews and knowledge sharing
