- 5+ years of professional backend development experience in .NET / C#.
- Previous team leadership or mentoring experience.
- Strong knowledge of MSSQL and database optimization.
- Experience with software architecture, clean code principles, and microservices.
- Familiarity with OIDC/OAuth2 (basic knowledge required, experience is a plus).
- Understanding of message-based systems (e.g. queues, event-driven design).
- Good communication skills in English and Hungarian.

- Rewriting our customer registration, onboarding, KYC and authentication flows.
- Moving business logic from a monolith to microservices.
- Designing and implementing backend services in .NET and C#.
