Responsibilities
We are seeking a highly skilled Maintenance Electrical Engineer/Technician to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will possess extensive experience in cigarette filter mass production machines and technology, ensuring the optimization and reliability of our manufacturing processes. A strong understanding and practical application of using Total Productive Maintenance (TPM) methods.
– Preventive Maintenance: Develop, oversee, and execute preventive maintenance schedules to minimize downtime of cigarette filter production machinery.
– TPM Implementation:Lead and participate in TPM initiatives to enhance machine reliability and productivity. Conduct regular training and workshops for staff on TPM methodologies.
– Troubleshooting & Repair: Diagnose Electrical/Controling issues and perform repairs on production machines promptly to ensure they function efficiently.
– Process Optimization: Work closely with the production team to identify and implement improvements in machine efficiency and production processes.
– Documentation: Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, machine parts inventory, and production machinery performance.
– Ensure all maintenance activities comply with company safety standards and regulations.
– Provide technical support and guidance to ensure smooth daily operations.
Requirements
- Minimum of 4-8 years of experience in Electrical/Automation maintenance within of area of high speed automatic machines in manufacturing environment.
- Proven expertise in operating, maintaining, and troubleshooting automated, PLC controlled production machinery.
- Strong understanding and demonstrable application of TPM methods.
- Effective analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to work under pressure.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills. Ability to communicate technical concepts to non-technical staff.
- Willingness to adapt to changing production demands and workflows.
- Fluent verbal and written communication in English
Nice-to-have
- Experience inElectrical maintenance within a cigarette filter manufacturing environment
- Team player and self motivated to make things better.
- Familiarity with CAD software for creating and analyzing electrical, PLC system designs.
