We are looking for a Marketing Manager to join our fast-growing client. This is a key managerial role, reporting directly to the CEO, where you will shape the internal marketing processes of the innovative company.
The office is located in Szeged, and since the team prefers to meet in person, we are looking for a leader who is ready to work from the office at least 2-3 days per week. Our partner offers relocation support if needed, including a relocation package to facilitate your move.

- Lead and develop a team of 4 marketing professionals, ensuring effective day-to-day operations
- Develop and implement the company’s marketing strategy in alignment with overall business objectives
- Define and manage KPIs, track performance, and drive data-driven optimization
- Monitor market trends, competitors, and customer needs to identify growth and business development opportunities
- Drive brand building and integrated marketing communications, including digital campaigns, PR activities, and events
- Manage partnerships and promotional initiatives, support forecasting, and actively contribute to strategic decision-making
