A mi követelményeink

• Relevant experience for at least 1-2 years in marketing educational courses, and educational events on the Hungarian market in B2C segment
• Knowledge of content marketing techniques, direct marketing, social marketing, e-mail marketing, etc. in B2C
• Proficiency in the use of marketing tools such as LinkedIn Ads, Twitter Ads, and marketing automation tools, analysis tools. Knowledge of Google Analytics
• Experience in cooperating with other business units and outsourcing marketing agencies in order to develop marketing campaigns
• Fluent in English, Hungarian

WILL BE A PLUS:

• Know how the IT industry works
• Know Ukrainian/Russian

Napi feladatok

1. Conducting marketing research, creating and implementing a comprehensive marketing strategy for the Learning & Development Center, and Recruitment
2. In cooperation with other NIX departments planning and implementing of marketing campaigns to promote NIX vacancies, IT courses, workshops, and other educational events
3. Participating in preparations and editing marketing content: e.g. articles, press releases, social media posts, video scripts, etc.
4. Analysis of the effects of the campaign, the effectiveness of media activities, and the effectiveness of promotional activities – preparation of reports
5. Participating in improving NIX educational products and events
6. Monitoring trends, and market data, conducting qualitative and quantitative analyses
7. Monitoring industry events and participation in fairs
