What you’ll bring:
- 3+ years in social media, community management, or marketing operations
- Strong LinkedIn knowledge (you understand what performs and why)
- Experience in organizing online events (possibly offline as well)
- Project management instincts: you track things, follow up, and close loops
- IT and AI affinity (comfortable working in and around tech topics)
- Experience coordinating with designers and video editors
- Fluent in English
Nice-to-have
- Background in software development marketing or something similar
- Basic video editing skills

Adroit is entering an exciting new chapter — we’re reimagining our brand, rebuilding our website, and showing up with more intention than ever before. You’re the person who makes sure everything actually happens — posts go out on time, events run smoothly, metrics get tracked, and no comment goes unanswered. As our Community & Operations Manager, you’ll own the operational backbone of our marketing function: scheduling, KPI reporting, competitor monitoring, and about 20% of our content writing. You’ll also organize podcasts, user group events, business breakfasts, and webinars.
This is a fully remote position; however, occasional travel to Budapest is required for event organization.
- Salary range for contractors: 600k-700k HUF gross

- Manage the content calendar, schedule and publish posts, and respond to comments
- Write ~20% of content (primarily community-facing, event recaps, and engagement posts)
- Organize quarterly events: webinars, user group meetups, business breakfasts, and podcasts
- Coordinate with the team to keep production moving
- Own competitor monitoring and KPI reporting
- Co-own the monthly analytics review
