Your responsibilities

1. Containerize existing Java applications
2. Design, develop, and maintain scalable Java applications
3. Write well-designed, efficient, and testable code
4. Debug and resolve technical issues across the stack
5. Work closely with QA engineers to ensure robust test coverage
6. Collaborate with product managers and stakeholders to refine and clarify requirements

Steps in the recruitment process

1. Initial conversation with our HR Manager – approx. 10–15 minutes
2. Technical interview with Modolit – a 1-hour discussion including our CEO, a developer, and the HR Manager, covering both general and technical questions
3. Technical interview with the client – a 1 hour professional discussion with one (or possibly two) of their developers
