- Hands-on experience in developing native mobile applications using Swift or Kotlin, including third-party library integration;
- Experience with cross-platform frameworks such as React Native or Flutter is a plus;
- Strong understanding of Version Control Systems (Git), OOP & SOLID principles, design patterns, algorithms, and data structures;
- Familiarity with mobile app architectures (e.g., MVVM, MVP) and state management solutions (e.g., Redux, MobX, BLoC, Cubit) – no need to know them all, but a solid understanding of at least some is appreciated;
- Experience working with REST APIs and ensuring smooth backend communication;
- Clean, reusable, and maintainable code – you write it, you understand it, and you can navigate through others’ code too!
- A growth mindset – curiosity, flexibility, and a proactive approach to learning and problem-solving;
- English proficiency at B1+ level for effective communication.
