Responsibilities
- Process product destruction and return claims through the internal system & defined processes.
- Handle logistics-related issues (damages, under/over shipments), and product quality concerns through the internal portal.
- Ensure timely and accurate data entry, research, reporting, and escalate unresolved issues when necessary.
- Liaise with internal teams to communicate issue statuses and escalate when necessary, ensuring effective cross-functional collaboration, and to seek resolution wherever possible.
- Follow SOX regulations and internal defined procedures.
- Maintain and report data within the defined timelines and format, ensuring clarity and completeness.
- Generate and analyze reports using ERP systems (e.g., SAP) and Excel to provide insights on incident status and processing timelines.
Requirements
- 0 – 3 years of experience in customer service or sales-related roles.
- Structured work approach and good attention to detail.
- Business proficiency in English (both written and spoken).
- Service and quality-oriented mindset with the ability to meet deadlines.
- Proficiency in ERP systems (preferably SAP), Microsoft Office (with a focus on Excel) and general reporting
- Knowledge of additional languages such as German (preferred), Spanish, Chinese, or Korean is a plus.
