- Supporting large scale projects as a member of the Quality Startup Team based on the PMI and T-Systems project management standards.
- Analysing project contracts and annexes in German or English to find relevant details
- Liaise with team to identify and define project and contractual requirements, scope, objectives.
- Sets-up, supports and provides guidance on time plan/project plan.
- Reviews Initial Financial Business Case and sets-up financial control mechanisms including reporting.
- Support on creating time plan/project plan, budget breakdown.
- Keeping contact with clients, forwarding and mediating demands, expectations and problems.
- Regular monitoring of progress, analyzing processes, making regular status reports.
- Managing and supporting the daily work of the project team (facilitate telephone conferences, international meetings, taking meeting minutes, etc.).
- Communicating with the stakeholders (e.g. Legal, SDM, Customer, internal Program Team).
- Project administration, create and maintain comprehensive project documentation, templates and reports.
- Assessing Lessons Learned report after project setup.
