Responsibilities
- The incumbent procures a variety of commodities and services for the embassy and associated agencies by contract or purchase order action.
- Responsible for preparing and processing purchasing documents and contracts for a wide variety of goods and services in accordance with proper procurement procedures.
- Team lead for technology and internal systems processes.
- The incumbent tracks procurement actions, provides requested documentation, and follows up on delayed or incomplete orders.
Requirements
EXPERIENCE:
- Two (2) years of general experience in general services/logistics matters and/or progressively responsible experience in procurement, contracts, business, finance or accounting is required. Must be experienced in purchase card use online and at POS terminals.
- Must have a valid driver’s license „B” for at least 5 years.
EDUCATION:
- Two years of university/college studies required.
LANGUAGE:
- English – Fluent; speaking/reading/ writing, may include the ability to translate.
- Hungarian – Fluent; speaking/reading/ writing, may include the ability to translate.
