About You:
- You have a proven SaaS product management track record (e-commerce sector is a huge plus) or have worked in holistic product management roles handling portfolios.
- You have the mentality to work at a startup: you want to grow something big in the next couple of years and have a strong bias to action and a sense of curiosity. You enjoy working hard, getting things done, and delivering a great impact.
- You have a design-thinking mindset exploring the possibilities of a product through various features and iterations.
- You understand how customers think and feel and have experience acting as the voice of the customer.
- You have relevant experience in resource planning of teams and leading them to achieve goals on time and operating teams.
- You can inspire the team and push people to grow. You say what you’ll do, and do what you say and you hold your team to this standard. You build consensus by default but can drive hard decisions when needed.
- Effective communication and presentation skills – you excel in articulating the product vision, presenting ideas, and influencing stakeholders.
- You know what is important and can prioritize effectively, also when the situation requires shifting priorities, demonstrating adaptability in our dynamic sector.

- Deliver the product vision and roadmap: Guide the development of the product in line with the company’s overall strategy and goals including defining and designing scopes.
- Implement and monitor key performance indicators that help in assessing the success of the product and identifying areas that need improvement.
- Understand customer behavior and usage: Deeply understand how customers are using our product and the full product lifecycle.
- Seek and innovate on end-user behavior with high-quality features and support future-proof product decisions.
