- Client orientation and understanding of customer service principles in the B2B segment.
- Experience in incident management and working with incident management systems (knowledge of ITIL methodology will be a plus).
- Ability to clearly and effectively explain technical aspects to non-technical users.
- English proficiency at B1 level or higher.
- Ukrainian proficiency is a must have
- Stress resistance and ability to work effectively in multitasking environments.
- Proactivity and result orientation, with a desire to identify and propose ways to optimize processes.
- A systematic approach: the ability to structure tasks and determine priorities.
- Basic knowledge of SQL for data analysis and report creation.
- Experience with web technologies, basic understanding of HTML, CSS, PHP will be a plus.
- Experience in integrating external systems or products will be a plus.
- Experience working in a Scrum team and/or experience with Kanban will be a plus.

- Updating instructions and technical documentation to ensure they remain current.
- Operational management of software modules: adding, opening, and closing routes, updating statuses, informing partners about changes, canceling tickets, adjusting tariffs, and editing seat blocks.
- Working with reports: generating monthly reports from carrier sales systems for the finance department.
- Monitoring bugs and system errors, reviewing logs, fixing issues, and escalating complex cases to the development team.
- Close collaboration with development teams, customer support, and the sales department on product-related matters.
- Adapting the White Label solution: customizing websites to meet partners’ needs, creating, and providing access credentials.
- Providing consultations on specific products and systems for the support team and other departments.
