Responsibilities
- Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to develop and revise supply and capacity plans.
- Balance demand with available resources to avoid bottlenecks or underutilization.
- Coordinating with procurement, logistics, and production teams to ensure timely delivery of components
- Execute and monitor the Master Production Schedule (MPS); adjust plans as needed.
- Support inventory optimization and material flow planning.
- Participate in planning projects and share best practices across teams.
- Reporting to local and international stakeholders
- Report issues, contribute to corrective actions, and support continuous improvement.
Requirements
- 2-5 years of relevant experience
- experience from glass manufacturing is a great asset
- Bachelor degree is a must (ideally in Industrial Engineering or Supply chain management)
- SAP knowledge
- confident English language skills
- quick thinker, great team player
- ability to multitask
