- Fluent in German: This is essential for communicating with our Swiss clientele and partners.
- Basic Tech Affinity: You’re comfortable using digital tools and have a general interest in how technology works, even if you’re not an IT expert.
- Problem-Solving Mindset: You’re proactive, anticipate challenges, and can react quickly and calmly to changing situations.
- Experience: Previous experience in scheduling, coordination, or project support, ideally in an environment involving logistics or field teams, is a plus.

- Be the Master Planner: Orchestrate the entire installation process by efficiently scheduling appointments for our technical field engineers and ensuring they have everything they need for a successful setup.
- Connect the Dots: Act as the central communication hub, liaising with our valued customers, our installation teams, and various external partners (like local electricians) to align expectations and coordinate logistics.
- Prepare for Success: Help prepare and finalize all arrangements for new system installations, ensuring every detail is covered before our engineers arrive on-site.
- Leverage Digital Tools: Utilize our modern, user-friendly digital scheduling system to manage appointments, track progress, and maintain a clear overview of all ongoing projects from your remote workspace.
- Stay Agile: Proactively monitor schedules and plans, swiftly adapting to any changes or unforeseen circumstances to keep projects on track and ensure smooth operations.
