Responsibilities
1. Installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of SMT and other equipment.
2. Train customers on the operation, programming, maintenance, and other aspects of actual equipment. Provide assistance after installation
3. Project management, including consulting, preparation and process optimization of SMT overall solutions, improvement of production capacity, and automation.
4. 24 hours & 7 days standby for customer support
5. Prepare technical reports and ENPPT solutions, and track budgets, purchase orders, and payments with customer. Test or demonstrate new machines for customer request
6. Assist in transporting and packaging relative machines
7. Feedback customer new request to supervisor and assist company to follow up relative project, Introduce our company and products to new customers.
8. Work together with company relative team members to activate customer satisfaction
Requirements
University studies with a degree in engineering.
Previous experience in SMT.
Intermediate level of English.
Medium knowledge in PLCs, AOI, SPI, Printer, Mounter, Oven, wave solder, conveyors. etc.
