Responsibilities
- Plan, execute, and monitor project deliverables from initiation to closure
- Coordinate cross-functional teams and manage project timelines
- Identify and mitigate project risks and issues
- Communicate project status to stakeholders and senior management
- Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope and budget
- Facilitate meetings, workshops, and project reviews
Requirements
- Master’s degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience (preferred sectors: courier, parcel, logistics)
- 3+ years of project management experience
- Leadership experience managing teams and stakeholders
- Proficiency in office and project management tools (Mondaycom, Jira, Confluence)
- Very good written and verbal communication abilities, both in English and Hungarian
- Excellent internal and external communication and leadership skills
