A mi követelményeink

Mandatory Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Finance, Economics, Engineering or Computer Science
• In the absence of a Bachelor/Master’s degree in the relevant field, demonstrated equivalent professional experience of at least 7 years can be accepted.

Mandatory Experience

• 7 years of experience in the field of business requirement (elicitation & modelling)
• Experience on at least 3 projects in the field of business requirement, testing or project management.

Preferred Qualifications/Experience

• Minimum 1 year of experience in the Banking industry.
• Knowledge of English. French would be considered as an advantage.
• Knowledge of the financial products of the Bank (Loans, equity, guarantee)

Napi feladatok

1. Collect the business requirements and structure them into Business Requirements Documents that are ready to be analysed for IT
2. Validate business requirements with the different stakeholders
3. Contribute to the preparation of relevant documents in line with the Project Management Methodology approach (Business Case, Project Charter…) to get the project approved by IT
4. Liaise with other services of the Bank to analyse potential impacts on Upstream and Downstream applications and ensure end-to-end consistency.
5. Coordinate and ensure good implementation of requirements in collaboration with IT
6. Organize and prepare steering committees for relevant projects
7. Prepare and/or review test cases (including non-regression) to validate the good implementation of the solution and execute them
8. Work in close relationship with the data governance team to provide input to prepare Data Governance documentation to update the DWH universes
9. Contribute to the preparation of the user documentation (user manual, presentation…)
10. Organise and manage application training sessions when required
11. Contribute to the development and maintenance of appropriate communication channels/tools, designed to foster effective exchange with the user community and fluent working relationships with other Directorates
