Responsibilities
Do you thrive on leading complex projects and bringing ambitious ideas to life? We’re looking for an experienced Project Manager to oversee and drive international educational and sports initiatives across Europe. In this role, you’ll take charge of multiple projects, from proposal writing to implementation, ensuring that every detail aligns with our mission to empower and inspire. If you’re highly dependable, strategic, and excited by the challenge of managing large-scale projects with real impact, this could be your next big opportunity.
About the role
In a nutshell, your role will be to ensure that our ongoing projects are implemented successfully, delivering results on time, within budget, and aligned with our project documentation and internal standards.
To succeed, you’ll need to stay on top of all aspects of ongoing projects—understanding the activities, deliverables, and documentation involved. You’ll guide and support the team and partners by assigning tasks, setting deadlines, distributing workloads, and following up to make sure everything is on track.
What you will do
- Manage project implementation: Ensure ongoing projects meet their objectives on time, within budget, and in accordance with internal standards and project documentation.
- Coordinate resources: Assign tasks, set deadlines, distribute workloads, and monitor progress to ensure project outputs are delivered as planned.
- Develop new project proposals: Plan and prepare proposals in line with organizational goals, identify funding opportunities, engage suitable partners, and submit complete project proposals.
- Maintain communication: Clearly communicate with team members, partners, and stakeholders to ensure alignment on tasks, priorities, and deliverables.
- Handle documentation: Prepare project reports and ensure all related documents are accurate and up to date.
- Streamline processes: Improve existing systems and design new workflows to enhance operational efficiency.
- Tender and negotiate: Manage the purchasing of services, negotiate terms, and ensure cost-effective procurement.

- have 5+ years of full-time work experience, including 3+ years managing international projects.
- have experience managing the full lifecycle of complex projects.
- have a track record of multiple implemented projects.
- are fluent in English and possess strong project proposal and documentation skills.
- are highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to think critically and analytically.
- have a logical mindset with exceptional attention to detail.
- are result-driven, deadline-oriented, and highly reliable.
- are proficient in CRM and collaboration tools, ideally Microsoft’s suite.
- are open to traveling within the EU and have a desire to continuously learn and improve.

- IPMA certification.
- Fluency in additional European languages.
- Driving licence.
