We are a young, flat-structured company in the field of IT services with a strong focus on software testing and software development. To strengthen our team, we are currently looking for a Project Manager – either as a freelancer or in a permanent position.
- Proven experience as a Project Manager and/or Product Owner, ideally in the banking or financial services sector
- Strong understanding of agile methodologies (e.g. Scrum, SAFe, Kanban)
- Experience working with stakeholders, developers, QA, and management
- Ability to translate business needs into clear requirements and user stories
- Solid understanding of regulatory, risk, and compliance considerations in banking projects
- Confident use of tools such as Jira, Confluence, MS Office, and similar project management tools
- Excellent communication skills, strong sense of ownership, and a proactive mindset
- Very good English skills (German is a plus, depending on the environment)

- Act as the main interface between business stakeholders, development teams, and external partners
