Responsibilities
Quality and production Engineer on electrical mobility projects in a new Hungarian department.
Responsibilities
- Full personal responsibility and creative freedom in the realization of your project
- Work on a new project with electric cars
- Stabilization of the supplier, product ramp-up, definition of milestones for the industrialization of the product
- Planning and implementation of quality projects with a focus on Value network optimisation, supplier enablement and management
- Troubleshooting process in ongoing series production at automotive suppliers and automotive OEMs
- Development and implementation of concepts for demand planning, program planning, capacity management and order processing
- Carrying out process audits and potential analyzes for suppliers in the award phase
- Establishment and further development of quality management systems
- Securing supply by reducing the reject rate at the automotive supplier
Requirements

- You speak technology
- You have at least 3-5 years of professional experience in production or quality management in the automotive industry
- You think conceptually, but can also implement
- You are results-oriented, but also have people in mind
- You describe yourself as a pragmatic doer with digital expertise
- You want to be a brand ambassador for P3
- You speak fluent German or English
