The Global Recruiter position at ASC Global is a full-time, remote role located in Hungary. This role requires a US shift i.e. 1PM to 10PM CET.

The ideal candidate will play a key role in sourcing and identifying top talent, conducting in-depth interviews, and ensuring the best fit for both the candidate and the organization. The position requires excellent interviewing techniques, a solid understanding of recruitment best practices, and the ability to manage the full recruitment cycle. The ideal candidate will be comfortable meeting new people frequently and have an ability to determine a candidate’s potential through clever questions. They should have excellent organizational skills in order to build and maintain a pipeline of prospective candidates. Additionally, they should be committed to both meeting and exceeding assigned quotas.

Key Responsibilities

  • Global Talent Sourcing: Utilize various platforms, including job boards, social media, and networking, to attract and build a strong talent pipeline for our offices around the world.
  • Candidate Screening & Interviewing: Conduct in-depth phone and video interviews, assess candidates’ skills, qualifications, and cultural fit, and ensure a smooth and engaging experience for candidates across different regions.
  • International Collaboration: Partner with hiring managers and HR teams from offices worldwide to understand hiring needs, specific job requirements, and cultural nuances.
  • Job Postings & Advertising: Create and post compelling job listings in multiple languages, ensuring they resonate with the target audience across different regions.
  • Interview Coordination & Scheduling: Manage interview schedules across time zones, ensuring timely and effective communication with candidates and stakeholders.
  • Offer Negotiation & Onboarding: Extend offers, negotiate terms, and collaborate with local teams to facilitate seamless onboarding for new hires globally.
  • Verification & Background Checks: Conduct verification and background checks for candidates who receive offers, ensuring all necessary pre-employment checks are completed before hiring.
  • Recruitment Process Optimization: Continuously evaluate and refine recruitment processes to ensure effectiveness, efficiency, and alignment with global business needs.
  • Compliance & Best Practices: Ensure recruitment activities are aligned with global and regional legal requirements, diversity initiatives, and company policies.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree from a reputed university.
  • A minimum of 3 years of experience in recruitment, with a proven track record of successfully recruiting for global or multinational companies.
  • Fluent in Hungarian and English, with at least C1 proficiency in both languages (spoken and written).
  • Demonstrated experience in conducting structured interviews, including behavioral and competency-based interviews, with a focus on assessing cultural fit and technical skills.
  • Strong knowledge of sourcing techniques, applicant tracking systems (ATS), and other recruitment tools.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to engage candidates and stakeholders across different regions and cultures.
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple recruitment processes across different time zones.
  • Passion for recruitment, global talent acquisition, and working in an international environment.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
  • Experience recruiting for diverse roles across multiple industries and regions.
  • Additional languages or regional expertise a plus.
