We are looking for a candidate with:
✔ A university degree, preferably in economics or life sciences.
✔ At least 5 years of experience in the medical technology or healthcare industry.
Additionally, we expect:
✅ Fluent English or German (for communication with international colleagues)
✅ Extensive knowledge of the Polish healthcare & medical technology market
✅ Leadership experience or a strong leadership mindset
✅ Managerial approach and strategic thinking
✅ Passion for the profession and commitment to excellence
✅ Outstanding communication and problem-solving skills
✅ Valid Category B driver’s license
✅ Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, etc.)
✅ A responsible, reliable, and independent work ethic
✅ A proactive and mature personality with strong ethical standards

About the Role
As a Regional Manager, you will play a key role in introducing our partner’s therapy to medical professionals in Poland. You will also be responsible for building, maintaining, and updating scientific knowledge related to our therapy and associated products.
