We’re on the hunt for someone who has:
- 5+ years of marketing experience, with expertise in fintech, blockchain, or DeFi.
- At least 2 years of experience leading and managing high-performing marketing teams.
- A proven track record of creating and executing impactful marketing strategies.
- Experience with SEO and performance marketing will be highly valued.
- In-depth knowledge of blockchain technology and hands-on experience in the Web3 space.
- Proficiency in using marketing analytics tools and platforms to drive data-informed decisions.
- Passion for thriving in a collaborative, high-growth environment.
- Fluency in written and spoken English.
- A willingness to learn and roll up your sleeves.
- Experience in an agency environment is a strong advantage.
- Demonstrated ability to respond swiftly and effectively to client needs and challenges.

About the Role
Reporting to the Marketing Director, you will play a pivotal role in crafting and implementing impactful marketing strategies and campaigns for RZLT and our clients.

Napi feladatok
- Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies and campaigns for RZLT and its clients, with a focus on achieving high-quality outcomes.
- Create detailed plans for product launches and ongoing campaigns, collaborating with RZLT’s growth, analytics, social, content, and community teams to drive leads and conversions.
- Oversee the implementation of digital marketing strategies, ensuring cohesive branding and storytelling across all platforms.
- Work closely with clients to brainstorm innovative growth strategies and experiment with new platforms and channels to enhance marketing efforts.
- Measure and report the performance of all digital marketing campaigns, analyzing results against ROI and KPIs.
- Provide data-driven insights and recommendations, optimizing strategies through A/B testing and continuous refinement.
- Conduct thorough market research to stay ahead of industry trends and adapt strategies accordingly.
- Manage client relationships and coordinate project execution, offering expert guidance to ensure successful marketing outcomes.
- Support participation in industry events to expand brand reach and update website content to maintain relevance and competitiveness.
- As a pivotal member of the team, reporting to the Marketing Director, you’ll ensure that all RZLT deliverables meet high-quality standards, collaborating across teams and with clients to drive impactful results.
