Required Qualifications
- 8+ years of software development experience
- Proven experience in software development and knowledge of best SDLC practices
- Strong knowledge of .NET ecosystem and C#
- Deep understanding of security best practices and implementation
- Experience leading and mentoring development teams
- Strong knowledge of Agile methodologies and Scrum practices
- Excellent communication skills with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Experience with software-as-a-medical-device and familiarity with HIPAA, GDPR and medical device regulations will be a strong bonus but is not mandatory
